The Sweepstakes begins on September 5, 2026 and ends on October 5, 2026 (the "Entry Period"), America/New_York time. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period are void. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to enter

During the Entry Period, a qualifying purchase earns entries as follows:

  • Any order — 10 entries

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, daytime phone number and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with sufficient postage to , marked "SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY". Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Entry Period and received no later than five business days after it ends.

Each valid free entry earns 10 entries — the same number available through the highest single qualifying purchase, so that no method of entry carries better odds.

Equal odds. All entries, however submitted, are pooled together and have an equal chance of being selected. Purchasing does not improve your chances of winning.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot or any automated means, and entries submitted through a third-party service, are void. One person may win no more than one prize.

5. Odds of winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. 1 prize will be awarded.

6. Prizes

  • $100 gift card — A hundred dollars to spend in your store.: 1 available, approximate retail value ("ARV") $100.00 each.

Total ARV of all prizes: $100.00. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty, are not transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is offered except at the Sponsor's sole discretion, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. All costs not expressly stated as included are the winner's responsibility.

7. Winner selection

Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 8, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. The drawing is conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding.

Drawing procedure:

  1. The Sponsor reviews all entries and removes any that fail clauses 2 or 4.
  2. A single pool is prepared containing every remaining eligible entry. Each entry receives its own sequential number, so an entrant holds as many numbers as entries earned. All entries share one pool regardless of how they were submitted.
  3. The pool is frozen before the drawing and its SHA-256 checksum is recorded.
  4. Winning numbers are produced by a computer random number generator. The Sponsor publishes the hash of the random seed before the Entry Period closes and the seed itself after the drawing, so that any entrant can replay the drawing and verify the result independently at http://localhost:3000/rules/sweepy-dev-store.
  5. The drawing runs in a single round.
  6. If a drawn number belongs to an entrant already selected, that number is discarded and the drawing repeats until the required number of distinct winners is reached. Alternate winners are ranked in the order drawn.

8. Winner notification and claim

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address supplied with the entry, within five business days of the drawing. A potential winner must respond within seven days of the first notification attempt.

Before a prize is awarded, a potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release, together with a completed IRS Form W-9. Failure to respond in time, an undeliverable notification, a refusal to sign the required documents, or any discovered ineligibility results in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected in the order drawn.

A winners list is available on written request to the Sponsor for 90 days after the drawing.

9. Taxes

All federal, state and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes with an ARV of $600.00 or more are reported on IRS Form 1099-MISC, and the Sponsor will require a completed W-9 before releasing such a prize. Winners should consult a tax advisor.

10. General conditions

  • The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
  • If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned for any reason — including infection by computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control — the Sponsor may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend it, and in that event will award the prizes from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
  • The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or postage-due entries, or for any failure of any transmission, network or equipment.
  • Any attempt to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes or undermine its legitimate operation may violate criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted.

11. Limitation of liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, injury, loss or damage arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

12. Disputes and governing law

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that all disputes arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts having jurisdiction over the Sponsor's principal place of business. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Sponsor's state of organization, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering; attorneys' fees are not recoverable.

13. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is used by the Sponsor to administer the Sweepstakes, contact winners and meet its tax reporting duties. It is not sold. Marketing email is sent only where the entrant has separately opted in, and consent can be withdrawn at any time. Entry data is retained for as long as required to run the Sweepstakes, award the prizes and satisfy record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
